It can be quite boring to eat the same foods over and over again when you practically can eat only oatmeal or almost nothing at all. I have made a list for you of some foods that can help you ease morning sickness and to give you some variety with these recipes!

What you put in your body, goes to the foundations of your baby, so I have made you some nutritious choices when you try to beat that morning sickness, try these recipes that are good for you and your baby. I have also included some sweeter choices if you have a sweet tooth or just crazy cravings for the sweet stuff right now.

Remember that too much sugar can also cause morning sickness. So do not eat too much sugar! And only use it as a last source if nothing else helps and your nausea is very severe.

Ultimately it is for the better that you take care of yourself with nutritious food, you have more energy and you will be more healthy for yourself and your baby.

B vitamins ease the feeling of sickness, so I have included many recipes that contain bananas. Bananas contain vitamin B.

Using protein and carb together (like egg and oatmeal) or meat and bread, helps to lengthen blood sugar levels to keep up longer. If your blood sugar goes down, you will have more morning sickness. You also find many recipes with eggs and oatmeal here.
